FIELD TEST OF EVALUATION FOR WATER-LEVEL PROFILE IN SEWER PIPE USING DIEX-FLOOD MODEL

Inland flooding can occur frequently due to localized torrential rainfall magnified by climate change. However, quantitative monitoring measurement has not yet been well-established for evaluating the damage and drainage management of inland flooding. There is also no existing threshold evacuation, on basis such complicated qualitative information. In this study, purpose understanding risk distribution flooding, we have improved numerical analysis method (DIEX-Flood) enable it perform high-speed calculations in order interpolate extrapolate “point” water- level observation data sewage pipe “line” with high accuracy. The model was verified using water-level a sewer pipe. results indicate that proposed forecast streamwise water accuracy assimilation. With assimilation, casting corrected less influence from prediction errors other potential errors.
